Meghna Deshraj doesn’t just build communities. She gives them a voice. Through her podcast and the Club Mamabee platform, she is creating conversations that women have been waiting to have, honest, warm, and deeply practical. We caught up with her to talk about what happens when you decide to go fully public with your mission.

You have a podcast dedicated to Club Mamabee. What made you decide to add that to everything else you are already doing?

The podcast was actually an extension of what Club Mamabee already is at its core: a conversation. The hive was built on the idea that one woman’s insight can change the trajectory of another woman’s life. The podcast just opens that conversation up to the whole world. I wanted women who have never been to one of our events, who might be in a different city or a different country, to feel like they belong to something. Like they have a seat at this table too.

What kinds of conversations are you having on the podcast?

Real ones. We talk about building businesses, yes, but we also talk about the stuff that usually gets left out. The fear before the launch. The relationship strain that comes with ambition. The guilt that so many mothers carry when they choose to invest in themselves. I want every woman who listens to feel like someone finally said out loud the thing she has been thinking in private. That recognition, that ‘me too’ moment, that is transformative.

Do you find that women open up more in a podcast format?

Absolutely. There is something about the intimacy of a conversation that doesn’t have an audience in the room. The guests relax. They go deeper. And the women listening, they receive it differently too. You put your earbuds in, you go for a walk, and suddenly you are having the most honest conversation of your week with someone you have never met. That is powerful. That is what we are building.

What do you hope listeners take away from every episode?

One thing. Just one thing they can take into their own life, their own business, their own journey. I never want the podcast to feel like a lecture. It is more like a kitchen table conversation with your most successful, most honest friend. The kind of friend who will celebrate you and challenge you in the same breath.

Where can women tune in and connect with the community?

Everything lives at mamabee.com. That is your home base. Come for the podcast, stay for the community. And if you want to know more about the work we are doing across the Bullzeye Group, head to bullzeyeglobal.com.
